One of the ways to log into the phones is through a cell phone app called TetraVX nVX, which can be downloaded from the Google Play Store (android) and App Store (iOS). When using this app to receive or call out, it will appear as though the clinic is calling.
**NOTE: Please submit a ticket to IT to get the login credentials for the phones in the clinic.**
After the app has finished installing, open the app.
The first screen will be asking how to log in. IT will provide the extension of the phone that is to be logged into.
Input the credentials provided by IT. The domain will be innocare.tetravx.com.
For the first time, Tetra will ask for permissions to access different areas of the phone (contacts, microphone, etc.). Allow Tetra permission to access these different areas.
Tetra will also have a message that Emergency Services is not available. Select "ACCEPT".
Tetra will prompt for the Do Not Disturb policy to be modified. Allowing Tetra to bypass the Do Not Disturb policy is up to the user (this would allow calls from Tetra to ring on the phone and not be put on silent). There is an option to cancel and to not have this notification pop-up again.
