The issue that is happening with the cordless phones will determine what troubleshooting steps need to be done.
The first step in troubleshooting is locating the Audio Codes MP-112 box. This box can be located anywhere in the clinic (images of it are below) and the cordless phones plug into this box.
Once this box is located, make sure the lights are lit on the box. If they are not, make sure power is applied to the Audio Codes box and the power cord is not loose or disconnected.
If the Audio Codes box has lights turned on, disconnect power from the box for 15 seconds and then reconnect the power cord. This will reboot the Audio Codes box.
Once the Audio Codes box has finished starting, connect the Ethernet cable that plugs into the back of the box into a computer. If the computer cannot connect to the internet, follow the steps in this article, which goes over steps to get a computer connected to the internet.
If there are still issues with the cordless phones, submit a ticket.
